An investment piece that is made to keep you warm on the coldest of days. The Expedition sweater is a heavy-knit, hardwearing piece that has been made on Shetland from local wool; each one is a labour of love, requiring great skill and lots of time.

The semi roll-neck, longer cuffs and hem keep your warmth locked in. 


These sweaters are hand frame knitted and finished by hand by skilled artisans in their homes in Shetland. Hand frame knitting is the process of knitting a jumper on a hand operated knitting machine. It is knitted circularly so there are no seams and no waste. The neck and cuffs are then grafted on by hand.
