A 'made to last' tote style bag that is perfect for any occasion. Made entirely from natural fibres, The Market Bag features two external pockets, short and long handles and an internal pocket. The base is also reinforced wax.

All through our existence we have made a variety of bags and baskets for all manner of uses from tool bags to those used out at sea. The market bag takes inspiration from elements of various style within our archive and in today's context is the perfect 'everyday' bag, big enough to bring home all of those carefully thought out purchases but not cumbersome.

The Market bag combines several of our favourite fabrics used within the range. The body uses the same fabric as our Captain's Coat and the waxed details use the classic waxed cotton from our NZ jacket.

Main details include two external pockets with a flap to secure them, an internal pocket plus long and short handles.

100% Cotton - The Market Bag is best spot cleaned although it can be washed in a washing machine. We would recommend to wash it alone on a cool short wash. The waxed fabric can be sprayed with our dry wax spray.
